Sudirman Kav 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Perihal : Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Penawaran Umum Obligasi | TBS Energi Utama Tahun 2023 Subject: Disclosure Report of the Utilization from Public Offering Of TBS Energi Utama Bonds I Year 2023 Dengan hormat, To whom it may concern Dalam rangka memenuhi Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 30/POJK.04/2015 tentang Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum (“POJK 30/2015”), dengan ini kami, PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (“Perseroan”), menyampaikan laporan realisasi penggunaan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi | TBS Energi Utama Tahun 2023 yang juga telah dilaporkan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan pada tanggal 8 Juni 2023 sebagai berikut: In compliance with Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 30/POJK.04/2015 regarding the Realisation Report on the Use of Proceeds of Public Offering (“OJK Regulation No. 30/2015”), PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (the “Company”) hereby would like to report the utilization of the proceeds from the Public Offering of TBS Energi Utama Bonds I Year 2023 which also has been convey on the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 8, 2023 as follows: 1. Perseroan telah memperoleh dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi | TBS Energi Utama Tahun 2023 sejumlah Rp500.000.000.000 (lima ratus miliar Rupiah). Setelah dikurangi biaya penawaran umum sebesar Rp12.514.234.400 (dua belas miliar lima ratus empat belas juta dua ratus tiga puluh empat ribu empat ratus Rupiah), maka hasil bersih yang didapat Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp487.485.765.600 (empat ratus delapan puluh tujuh miliar empat ratus delapan puluh lima juta tujuh ratus enam puluh lima ribu enam ratus Rupiah). The Company have received the proceeds of Public Offering of TBS Energi Utama Bonds | Year 2023 amounting to Rp500,000,000,000 (five hundred billion Rupiah). After taking into account the public offering costs of Rp12,514,234,400 (twelve billion five hundred fourteen million two hundred thirty four thousand four hundred Rupiah), therefore the Company received the total net proceeds of Rp487,485,765,600 (four hundred eighty seven billion four hundred eighty five million seven hundred sixty five thousand six hundred Rupiah). Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Prospektus, dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi | TBS Energi Utama Tahun 2023 akan digunakan untuk pembayaran lebih awal sebagian kewajiban pokok Perseroan kepada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. As stated in the Prospectus, the results of the Public Offering of TBS Energi Utama Bonds I Year 2023 will utilize for early payment for part of the Company's principal obligations to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Pada tanggal 10 Maret 2023, Perseroan telah menggunakan seluruh dana dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi I TBS Energi Utama Tahun 2023 sebesar Rp487.485.765.600 (empat ratus delapan puluh tujuh miliar empat ratus delapan puluh lima juta tujuh ratus enam puluh lima ribu enam ratus Rupiah) untuk pembayaran lebih awal sebagian kewajiban pokok Perseroan kepada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. As of March 10, 2023, the Company has utilized all the net proceeds of Public Offering of TBS Energi Utama Bonds I Year 2023 with the total amount of Rp487,485,765,600 (four hundred eighty seven billion four hundred eighty five million seven hundred sixty five thousand six hundred Rupiah) for early payment for part of the Company's principal obligations to PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 4 POJK 30/2015, terlampir kami sampaikan Laporan Realisasi Penawaran Umum Obligasi I TBS Energi Utama Tahun 2023.
