2023 dated 7 July 2023 regarding Request for explanation of securities transaction volatility
("/DX Letter'J, we hereby explain as follows:
1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
1' dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan
lnformasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik.
Does the Company aware of any material information or facts that may affect the value of
company securities or investors investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK. 04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Material Information
or Facts by Issuers of Public Companies.
Tanggapan/ Response:
Sampai dengan tanggal surat ini, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta
material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015
Tentang Keterbukaan lnformasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik,
kecuali sebagaimana yang telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan sebelumnya dalam situs web
Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs web Perseroan.
Until the date of this letter, the Company is not aware of any material information or facts that
may affect the value of its securities or the investment decisions of its shareholders, as
stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK. 0412015 regarding
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by Issuers of Public Companies, other than had
been disclosed by the Company in Indonesian Stock Exchange's website and Company's
website.
2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Nomor 1-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian lnformasi ketentuan butir point 111.2.1.
dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEl/01-2021.
