disampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah melaporkan kepada Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan tanggal 27 juni
2023 terkait pertanggungjawaban realisasi penggunaan dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi
Subordinasi I Tahap I Tahun 2022 PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk. Yang telah habis digunakan oleh Perseroan. Adapun
detail Laporan Pertanggungjawaban realisasi penggunaan dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi
Subordinasi I Tahap I Tahun 2022 PT. Bank Sinarmas Tbk. Sebagai berikut : - Dana yang diperoleh sebesar
Rp500.000.000.000,00 (lima ratus miliar Rupiah). - Biaya Penawaran Umum sebesar Rp5.126.257.800,37 (lima
miliar seratus dua puluh enam juta dua ratus lima puluh tujuh ribu delapan ratus Rupiah koma tiga tujuh). - Realisasi
Penggunaan Dana untuk Penyaluran Kredit dengan Tenor Panjang sebesar Rp494.873.742.199,63 (empat ratus
sembilan puluh empat miliar delapan ratus tujuh puluh tiga juta tujuh ratus empat puluh dua ribu seratus sembilan
puluh sembilan Rupiah koma enam tiga).

hundred billion Rupiah). - Public Offering fee of IDR 5,126,257,800.37 (five billion one hundred twenty six million two
hundred fifty seven thousand eight hundred Rupiah point three seven). - Realization of Use of Funds for Lending with
Long Tenor of IDR 494,873,742,199.63 (four hundred ninety four billion eight hundred seventy three million seven
hundred forty two thousand one hundred ninety nine point six three Rupiah).
