Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Danil Setiadi Handaja, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
as a public accountant Mr. Danil Setiadi Handaja and the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja
(Ernst&Young) have complied with the independence of the Public Accountant Profession code of ethics established by
the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants.
