Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik ? / Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that can affect value of securities transaction or investor investment decision as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation — Number 31/POJK.04/2015 About Disclosure of Informations or Material Facts of Public Companies and Its Subsidiary? Penjelasan / Explanation : Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Penjelasan / Explanation : Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. The Company is not aware of any information or material facts that can affect the value of the Company's securities or investor investment decision. 3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik? / Information/facts/important events that are material and can affect the price of the Company securities and the Company's survival that has not been disclosed to the public? Penjelasan / Explanation : Saat ini Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. The Company doesn't have information/facts/important events that are material that has not been disclosed to the public. 4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka? / Is the Company aware of any activities from certain of stakeholders as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 about Ownership Reports or Any Change of in Share Ownership of Public Companies? Penjelasan / Explanation : Perseroan telah melaporkan Laporan Perubahan Kepemilikan atas Saham PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk kepada OJK dan BEI melalui surat No. 140/DIR-VII/2023 pada tanggal 11 Juli 2023. The Company has been submitted the Report of Change of Shares Ownership of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk to OJK and IDX through letter No. 140/DIR-VII/2023 dated July 11, 2023.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? / Does the Company have any plans to take corporate actions in the near future, including corporate actions that result in the listing of the Company's on the Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)? Penjelasan / Explanation : Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam tiga bulan mendatang.
