INDONESIA TBK. (THE “COMPANY”)
Merujuk pada peraturan OJK No. 35/POJK.04/2014 tentang Sekretaris Perusahaan Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik, dan Peraturan Bursa Efek Nomor 1-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
juga merupakan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 tanggal 29
Januari 2021, dengan ini kami beritahukan bahwa berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi No.
019/SK-DIR/SDM/VII/2023 tanggal 5 Juli 2023, Perseroan dengan ini mengumumkan adanya
penggantian Sekretaris Perusahaan yang sebelumnya dijabat oleh Sdri. Gaby Diovani terhitung sejak 10
Juli 2023 digantikan oleh Sdri. Elsa Enda Dwita Purba
Referring to OJK regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuer or Public
Companies, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. 1-E concerning Information Obligations also a
Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated 29
January 2021, we hereby inform that based on the Board of Directors Decree No.
019/SK-DIR/SDM/VII/2023 dated 5 July 2023, herewith we announce the changes of Company’s
Corporate Secretary which formerly held by Mrs. Gaby Diovani effective 10 July 2023 is hereby replaced
by Ms Elsa Enda Dwita Purba.
