Mengacu kepada keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang
diadakan pada tanggal 25 Mei 2023 ("RUPST”), Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.
31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau
Perusahaan Publik, dan berdasarkan arahan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, bersama ini kami
bermaksud untuk menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi sehubungan dengan perubahan
penamaan Program Kepemilikan Saham Manajemen dan Karyawan (MESOP) Tahap II
dengan menghilangkan kata “Tahap”, sehingga menjadi sebagai berikut: / Referring to
resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on May
25th, 2023 ("AGMS”), the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015
concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts of Issuers or Public Companies, and
as advised by the Indonesia Stock Exchange, we hereby submit the disclosure of
information concerning the change of name of the Management and Employee Stock
Ownership Program (MESOP) Phase II by deleting the word of “Phase”, to read as follows:
