keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Penunjukan KAP tersebut di atas dilakukan atas rekomendasi dari Komite Audit Perseroan termasuk tinjauan terkait
pelaksanaan pemberian jasa audit atas informasi keuangan historis tahunan oleh AP dan/atau KAP terhadap Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan Entitas Anak pada tanggal dan untuk tahun yang berakhir 2022 yang
sebelumnya telah kami sampaikan pada tanggal 4 Juli 2023 melalui surat kami no. 310/LT-COP/VII/23.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 27 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Aris Suryanta, Ak., CA, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
The appointment of the above KAP was carried out based on the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee
including a Review of the implementation of audit services on annual historical financial information of the Consolidated
Financial Statements of the Company and Subsidiaries as of and for the year ended 2022 which we previously
submitted on July 4, 2023, through our letter no.310/LT-COP/VII/23
Thus to be informed accordingly.
