PricewaterhouseCoopers). Oleh karenanya, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Kuartal II dimaksud
kepada OJK, BEI, dan publik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.

XL Axiata Tbk will submit Second Quarter Financial Statement for the 2023 fiscal year, which will be Limited Review by
Public Accountant.
Other Information
The Company plans to do a limited review the 2nd Quarter Financial Statements of the Company as of 30 Juni 2023 by
the Public Accounting Firm Tanudiredja, Wibisana, Rintis Rekan (a member of a PricewaterhouseCoopers network of
firms). Therefore, the Company will submit the 2nd Quarter Financial Statements to OJK, IDX, and the public as per
required by the regulation.
