Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka peningkatan modal kerja ARTO, Perseroan
telah melakukan penambahan modal disetor sebesar Rp.
4.600.000.000,- (Empat miliar enam ratus juta Rupiah) atau
sekitar 0,31% dari total ekuitas konsolidasian Perseroan per
audit tanggal 31 Desember 2022. Transaksi ini bukanlah
merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.17/POJK.04/2020.
Jumlah penyertaan Perseroan pada ARTO menjadi sebesar
Rp 6.900.000.000,-(Enam miliar sembilan ratus juta Rupiah)
atau sebesar 23% kepemilikan saham Perseroan pada ARTO.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini tidak ada dampak, informasi atau
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan fakta material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Rupiah) or 23% of the Company's share ownership in ARTO.
