keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Telah memperoleh izin menjadi Akuntan Publik serta terdaftar di OJK;
2. Senantiasa bersikap independen, objektif dan profesional dalam memberikan jasanya;
3. Senantiasa mentaati standart profesi dan kode etik yang ditetapkan oleh asosiasi profesi yang diakui oleh
Menteri Keuangan;
4. AP tersebut tidak pernah melakukan perbuatan tercela dan/atau dihukum karena terbukti melakukan
tindak pidana dibidang keuangan serta tidak memiliki kredit macet.

Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Heliantono & Rekan with Public Accountant (Signing
Partner), namely: Mr. Junadi ,SE, M.Si, AK. CPA, CPI, BKP, ACPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
1. Has obtained a license to become a Public Accountant and registered with Financial Services Authority ;
2. Always act independently, objectively and professionally in providing its services;
3. Always comply with professional standards and code of ethics set by professional associations recognized by
Minister of Finance;
4. The Public Accountant has never committed a disgraceful act and/or been punished for being proven guilty
criminal offenses in the financial sector and do not have bad credit.
