Jakarta, 6 July 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading company providing energy services won a prestigious award at the
2023 Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award on Wednesday (28/6/23) at the Peninsula Hotel, Jakarta. This award was
given to Elnusa for outstanding achievements in carrying out an innovative and adaptive Human Resource Management
program.
The Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award is a prestigious award that recognizes the company's outstanding
achievements in the field of Human Resources Management (HRM) and ability to face challenges while maintaining a strong
human resource base. Elnusa was appreciated for its excellence in various categories and indicators, starting from innovation
and adaptability in Human Resources (HR) practices, recruitment, talent management, and overall resilience.
In the 2023 Human Capital on Resilience Excellence Award, Elnusa won various categories including The Most Innovation &
