PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR INDFDRCZ3A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“INDF”) pada tanggal 27 Juni
2023 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan INDF pada tanggal 23 Juni 2023, INDF menyampaikan rencana
pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2022 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

P : Harga Penutupan Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang bersangkutan pada hari bursa
terakhir Underlying Waran Terstruktur tersebut diperdagangkan atas dasar cum-
entitlement.
D : Pembagian dividen per 1 (satu) Underlying Waran Terstruktur yang dimiliki.
X : Harga Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
E : Rasio Pelaksanaan yang berlaku tepat sebelum pembagian dividen ex-date.
Mohon menjadi perhatian bahwa penyesuaian tidak akan dilakukan apabila formula sebagaimana
tersebut di atas menghasilkan peyesuaian yang jumlahnya kurang dari 2% dari Harga Pelaksanaan
dan/atau Rasio Pelaksanaan yang diubah.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT INDFDRCZ3A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“INDF”) dated 27th June
2023, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of INDF dated 23th June 2023, has resolved, INDF had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2022, which will be paid as follows:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment will not be made if the formula as mentioned above results in
adjustment that are less than 2% of the changed Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio.
