 Description of Information              : PT TEMAS PORT (Company Subsidiary Entity)
                                           established a new subsidiary, namely PT TEMAS
                                           PORT MALUKU UTARA domiciled in North Maluku,
                                           which is engaged in stevedoring and has been
                                           approved through the Decree of the Minister of Law
                                           and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in
                                           Letter Number AHU- 0048020.AH.01.01. in 2023 on
                                           04 July 2023.

                                            The share ownership composition of PT TEMAS
                                            PORT MALUKU UTARA is PT TEMAS PORT holds
                                            99.9% and PT PELABUHAN TEMAS NUSANTARA
                                            holds 0.1%.


                                            The purpose of establishing PT TEMAS PORT
                                            MALUKU UTARA is to support the business activities
                                            of the Company in handling the loading and
                                            unloading of goods for the North Maluku province.
