                                                      PSAB didirikan pada tahun 2002 dengan kegiatan Perusahaan meliputi eksplorasi,
                                                      pertambangan, dan pengolahan emas. Perusahaan mempunyai aset pertambangan
                                                      yang terdiversifikasi di Indonesia (Seruyung, Kalimantan Utara; Bakan, Lanut, dan
                                                      Doup di Sulawesi Utara) dan Malaysia (Penjom). Perusahaan mempunyai dua
                                                      tambang yang berproduksi dan satu tambang dalam tahap konstruksi. Per tanggal 31
                                                      Maret 2023, pemegang saham Perusahaan adalah Jimmy Budiarto (92,50%), Sanjaya
                                                      J (0.02%), dan publik (7.48%).

Credit Rating(s)                                            PEFINDO has affirmed its idBBB+ ratings to PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB),
General Obligation (GO)               idBBB+/Stable         the Company’s Shelf-Registered Bond I and its MTN I. We revised the outlook for the

                                                            PSAB was established in 2002 and its operations cover the exploration, mining, and
                                                            processing of gold. It has a geographically diverse portfolio of assets across Indonesia
                                                            (Seruyung in North Kalimantan; and Bakan, Lanut, and Doup in North Sulawesi) and
                                                            Malaysia (Penjom). The Company owned two producing mines and one mine in
                                                            construction stage. As of March 31, 2023, its shareholders consisted of Jimmy Budiarto
                                                            (92.50%), Sanjaya J (0.02%), and the public (7.48%).
