Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan hasil
keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan tanggal
30 Juni 2023 yakni Agenda ke empatnya dimana dalam Rapat
tersebut pengunduran diri Bapak Puguh Sudrajat selaku
Komisaris Independen telah disetujui, maka untuk jabatan
Ketua Komite Audit yang dijabat oleh beliau otomatis kosong
belum ada penggantinya.
Bahwa informasi tersebut perlu kami sampaikan sesuai
dengan Pasal 19 jucto Pasal 20 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor: 55/POJK.04/2015.
Selanjutnya Dewan Komisaris Perseroan dalam waktu dekat
akan segera melakukan Rapat untuk penunjukan Ketua
Komite Audit Perseroan guna mengisi kekosongan tersebut
dan hasil penunjukannya nantinya akan disampaikan sesuai
dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor:
55/POJK.04/2015.

Description of Material Information or We hereby inform you that in accordance with the resolutions
Facts of the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders on 30
June 2023, namely the fourth Agenda in which the resignation
of Mr. Puguh Sudrajat as Independent Commissioner was
approved, the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee
held by him is automatically vacant. there is a replacement.
That we need to convey this information in accordance with
Article 19 jucto Article 20 of the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number: 55/POJK.04/2015.
Furthermore, the Board of Commissioners of the Company in
the near future will hold a meeting to appoint the Chairman of
the Company's Audit Committee to fill this vacancy and the
results of his appointment will be submitted in accordance with
the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number:
55/POJK.04/2015.
