kepada Carbon Resources Alliance Aps. PT Belayan River
Timber merupakan entitas anak yang 99.32% dimiliki oleh
Perseroan. Obligasi Wajib Konversi senilai Rp86.001.000.000
di beli oleh Carbon Resources Alliance ApS senilai
Rp98.268.182.640
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan akan mendapatkan keuntungan atas hasil
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penjualan tersebut sebesar Rp12.267.182.640. Apabila
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Obligasi Wajib Konversi yang di beli oleh Carbon Resources
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Alliance ApS dikonversi sepenuhnya, maka kepemilikan
Perusahaan Publik saham Perseroan atas PT Belayan River Timber akan
terdelusi menjadi 53.2%.
Tidak terdapat dampak apapun terhadap operasional
Perseroan

Impact of event, material information or The company will get a profit from the sale of
facts towards Issuers or Public Rp12.267.182.640. If the Mandatory Convertible Bonds
Company’s operational activities, legal, purchased by Carbon Resources Alliance ApS are fully
financial condition, or going concern converted, then the Company's share ownership in PT
Belayan River Timber will be diluted to 53.2%.
There is no impact whatsoever on the Company's operations
