Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 3 Juli 2023, PT Eka Mas Republik ("EMR"),
entitas anak, menandatangani perjanjian kredit sindikasi dari
kreditur sindikasi yang terdiri dari PT Bank Central Asia Tbk,
PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia
Tbk, dan PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero). Fasilitas
yang berjangka waktu 7 (tujuh) tahun dengan plafon sampai
dengan sebesar Rp2.000.000.000.000 dan opsi akordeon
sebesar Rp1.000.000.000.000 ini dijamin antara lain dengan
jaminan perusahaan dari Perseroan dan aset entitas anak.
Fasilitas ini rencananya akan digunakan untuk pembiayaan
belanja modal EMR.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Fasilitas ini menyebabkan rasio hutang terhadap ekuitas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan dapat meningkat hingga sebesar 6,0%.

Description of Material Information or On July 3, 2023, PT Eka Mas Republik ("EMR"), a subsidiary,
Facts signed a syndicated credit agreement from syndicated
creditors consisting of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, PT Bank
Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, and
PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero). This 7 (seven) years
period facility with a limit of up to Rp2,000,000,000,000 and an
accordion option of Rp1,000,000,000,000 is secured by,
among others, corporate guarantee from the Company and the
assets of the subsidiaries.
This facility is planned to be used to finance EMR's capital
expenditures.
Impact of event, material information or This facility may cause the Company's debt-to-equity ratio to
