Bagus Agung Rahadiansyah selaku Komisaris PT Asuransi
Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk dimana dicantumkan bahwa
penunjukan Sdr. Bagus Agung Rahadiansyah sebagai
Komisaris PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk dapat
disetujui.
Berdasarkan hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
(RUPST) tanggal 17 Mei 2022 yang menyebutkan bahwa
pengangkatan Sdr. Bagus Agung Rahadiansyah sebagai
Komisaris terhitung sejak tanggal ditetapkannya Hasil
Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan OJK, maka dengan
adanya Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan OJK
tersebut Sdr. Bagus Agung Rahadiansyah efektif menjabat
sebagai Komisaris PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk
sejak tanggal 23 Juni 2023.

Shareholders (AGMS) on May 17, 2022 which stated that the
appointment of Mr. Bagus Agung Rahadiansyah as
Commissioner as of the date the OJK Fit and Proper Test
Results were stipulated, then with the OJK Fit and Proper Test
Results, Mr. Bagus Agung Rahadiansyah has effectively
served as Commissioner of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama
Indonesia Tbk since June 23, 2023.
