Go To English Page Nomor Surat 117/GOTO/CS/JKT/VII/2023 Nama Perusahaan PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk Kode Emiten GOTO Lampiran 1 Perihal Perubahan Kantor Akuntan Publik dan/atau Akuntan Publik Perubahan KAP Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 30 Juni 2023 Berdasarkan Persetujuan RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Handri Tjendra untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut : Sesuai dengan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan Perseroan yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023 telah menyetujui penunjukkan Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (anggota firma Ernst & Young Global Limited) sebagai KAP yang akan mengaudit Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan entitas anak untuk tahun buku 2023. Penunjukkan KAP yang dimaksud dilakukan atas rekomendasi dari Komite Audit Perseroan termasuk tinjauan terkait pelaksanaan pemberian jasa audit atas informasi keuangan historis tahunan oleh AP dan/atau KAP terhadap Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan Entitas Anak pada tanggal dan untuk tahun yang berakhir 2022 yang sebelumnya kami sampaikan pada tanggal 28 Juni 2023, melalui surat kami No.113/GOTO/CS/JKT/VI/2023. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut di atas, kami sebelumnya telah menyampaikan ringkasan risalah RUPS Tahunan, dalam surat kami No. 115/GOTO/CS/JKT/VII/2023 terkait dengan Laporan Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan. Go To Indonesian Page Letter / Announcement No. 117/GOTO/CS/JKT/VII/2023 Issuer Name PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk Issuer Code GOTO Attachment 1 Subject Change of Public Accountant Change of Public Accountant According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja with Public Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Handri Tjendra To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements ending on 31 December 2023 The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations: In accordance with The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of the Company, held on June 30, 2023 has approved the appointment of Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) as the KAP that will audit the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and its subsidiaries for the 2023 financial year. The appointment of this KAP was carried out based on the recommendation of the Companys Audit Committee including a Review of the implementation of audit services on annual historical financial information of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company and Subsidiaries as of and for the year ended 2022 which we previously submitted on June 28, 2023, through our letter No.113/GOTO/CS/JKT/VI/2023. In relation to the above matter, we have previously submitted the summary of the minutes of our Annual GMS in our letter No. 115/GOTO/CS/JKT/VII/2023 relating to the Summary Report of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
