Sesuai surat pengunduran diri tersebut, maka pengunduran diri akan efektif sejak penutupan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada tahun 2023. The Company has received resignation letters from Toshihiko Terao and Yoshinobu Matsumura from their positions as members of the Board of Commissioners of the Company and Shigetoshi Sasaki from his position as a member of Board of Directors, all were dated 26 June 2023. According to such letters, the resignation shall be effective upon and as from the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that will be conducted in the year of 2023.
