Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan program Pembelian
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Kembali Saham Perseroan tanpa persetujuan Rapat Umum
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Pemegang Saham (RUPS) sebagaimana ditetapkan Otoritas
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi
Perusahaan Publik secara signifikan berdasarkan POJK Nomor 13 Tahun 2023,
Perseroan dengan ini
menginformasikan bahwa Perseroan telah melaksanakan dan
menyelesaikan Program Buyback tersebut. Penghentian
program Buyback dilakukan dikarenakan bahwa realisasi
pembelian kembali saham telah mencapai target yang
direncanakan serta sebagai bagian dari langkah Perseroan
dalam mengoptimalisasi operasional Perseroan.

Impact of event, material information or In connection with the implementation of the Company Share
facts towards Issuers or Public Buyback Program without the approval of the General Meeting
Company’s operational activities, legal, of Shareholders (GMS), as stipulated by the Financial Services
financial condition, or going concern Authority (OJK) under significantly fluctuating market
conditions pursuant to POJK No. 13 of 2023, the Company
hereby informs that it has implemented and completed the
Buyback Program. The discontinuation of the Buyback
Program was carried out as the realization of the share
buyback had reached the planned target, as well as as part of
the Company efforts to optimize its operations.
