PENGUMUMAN
Pencabutan Suspensi Efek
PT Triniti Dinamik Tbk (TRUE)

Sehubungan dengan:
1. Pengumuman PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“Bursa”) nomor Peng-S-00020/BEI.PLP/06-2026 tanggal
30 Juni 2026 perihal Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek atas Sanksi Penyampaian Laporan
Keuangan Auditan Tahunan per 31 Desember 2025 Untuk Perusahaan Tercatat di Papan Utama
dan Papan Pengembangan;
2. Pengumuman Bursa nomor Peng-S-00024/BEI.PLP/07-2026 tanggal 30 Juli 2026 perihal
Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek atas Sanksi Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Interim
per 31 Maret 2026;
3. Telah dipenuhinya seluruh kewajiban PT Triniti Dinamik Tbk (“TRUE”) yang menjadi penyebab
dilakukannya Suspensi Efek TRUE; dan
4. Tidak terdapat kondisi lain yang merupakan penyebab Suspensi Efek,
maka Bursa mencabut Suspensi Efek TRUE di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai terhitung sejak
Sesi II Perdagangan Efek pada hari Jumat, 18 September 2026.
Bursa meminta kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan Keterbukaan
Informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

Lifting of Securities Trading Suspension
PT Triniti Dinamik Tbk (TRUE)

In relation to:
1. Indonesia Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) Announcement number Peng-S-00020/BEI.PLP/06-
2026 dated 30 June 2026 concerning Sanctions for the Submission of Annual Audited Financial
Statements as of 31 December 2025 For Listed Companies on the Main Board and Development
Board;
2. Exchange Announcement number Peng-S-00024/BEI.PLP/07-2026 dated 30 July 2026
concerning Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading Sanctions for the Submission of Interim
Financial Statements as of 31 March 2026;
3. The fulfillment of all obligations by PT Triniti Dinamik Tbk (“TRUE”) that caused the suspension
of TRUE Securities; and
4. No other existing conditions that would cause a suspension,
the Exchange hereby lifts the suspension of TRUE Securities in the Regular Market and Cash Market
effective from Session 2 Trading Hours on Friday, 18 September 2026.
All interested parties are advised to continuously pay attention to the information disclosures submitted
by the Company.
The above is hereby announced for public information.
