Sehubungan dengan:
1. Surat PT Korea Investment Management Indonesia (Manajer Investasi) nomor 401/KIM-
ID/DIR/IX/2026 tanggal 14 September 2026 perihal Permohonan Pencatatan Unit Penyertaan
Reksa Dana Berbentuk KIK di Bursa; dan
2. Surat Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. S-409/PM.11/2026 tanggal 20 Agustus 2026 perihal
Pemberitahuan Efektifnya Pernyataan Pendaftaran Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak Investasi
Kolektif Reksa Dana Syariah KIM Gold ETF Sharia (Reksa Dana yang Unit Penyertaannya
Diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek),
dengan ini diumumkan bahwa apabila seluruh syarat Pencatatan Unit Penyertaan Reksa Dana berbentuk
Kontrak Investasi Kolektif sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Bursa Nomor I-C tentang Pencatatan
Unit Penyertaan Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif di Bursa telah dipenuhi, maka
pencatatan Unit Penyertaan Reksa Dana Syariah KIM Gold ETF Sharia akan dicatatkan di Bursa Efek
Indonesia pada tanggal 22 September 2026 dengan menggunakan kode XKGS.

Form of Collective Investment Contract

With respect to:
1. Letter of PT Korea Investment Management Indonesia (the “Investment Manager”) No. 401/KIM-
ID/DIR/IX/2026 dated 14 September 2026 regarding Permohonan Pencatatan Unit Penyertaan
Reksa Dana Berbentuk KIK di Bursa; and
2. Letter of the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) No. S-409/PM.11/2026 dated 20 August 2026
regarding Pemberitahuan Efektifnya Pernyataan Pendaftaran Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak
Investasi Kolektif Reksa Dana Syariah KIM Gold ETF Sharia (Reksa Dana yang Unit
Penyertaannya Diperdagangkan di Bursa Efek),
it is hereby we announced that, provided that all requirements for the Listing of Mutual Fund
Participating Units in the Form of Collective Investment Contract as stipulated under the Exchange
Regulation No. I-C concerning Listing of Mutual Fund Participating Units in the Form of Collective
Investment Contract whose Participating Units are Traded on the Stock Exchange have been fulfilled,
the Participation Units of the Reksa Dana Syariah Batavia Gold Sharia ETF will be listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange on September 22, 2026 under the ticker code XKGS.
This is hereby conveyed for your information and attention.
