Uraian Informasi atau | Berdasarkan surat-surat pemberitahuan yang kami terima, Fakta Material/ Bapak Low Tuck Kwong (Dato' Dr. Low Tuck Kwong) dan Ibu Elaine Low telah menandatangani Perjanjian Jual Beli Saham Bersyarat pada tanggal 16 September 2026 dengan PT Jhonlin Baratama (“Pembeli”) terkait rencana pengalihan 10.000.000.500 (sepuluh miliar lima ratus) saham biasa Perseroan dan penyelesaian transaksi tunduk pada pemenuhan beberapa kondisi-kondisi pendahuluan./ Description of Information | Based on the notification letters we received, Mr. Low Tuck or Material Facts Kwong (Dato' Dr. Low Tuck Kwong) and Ms. Elaine Low have signed a Conditional Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement on 16 September 2026 with PT Jhonlin Baratama (Buyer) in connection with the proposed transfer of 10,000,000,500 (ten billion five hundred) ordinary shares in the Company and the completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of several conditions precedent. 3. | Dampak kejadian, | 1.
