Berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi Nomor 030/BOD-MBSS/IX/2026 tertanggal 17 September 2026 tentang Pemberhentian dan Pengangkatan Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati, Direksi Perseroan telah menyetujui untuk memberhentikan dengan hormat Sdri. Emy Oktavia sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan dan mengangkat Sdra. Rama Urip Nugraha sebagai Kepala Sekretaris Perusahaan yang baru. . Pemberhentian dan Pengangkatan Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 1 diatas berlaku efektif terhitung sejak tanggal 17 September 2026. Dear Sir/Madam, Referring to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK") No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby provide notification regarding the change in the Corporate Secretary of PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk (the “Company”), as follows: 1. Pursuant to the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 030/BOD-MBSS/IX/2026 dated September 17, 2026 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the Corporate Secretary of PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the honorable dismissal of Ms. Emy Oktavia from his position as Corporate Secretary of the Company and the appointment of Mr.Rama Urip Nugraha as the new Corporate Secretary of the Company. The dismissal and appointment of Corporate Secretary of the Company as referred to in point 1 above shall be effective as of September 17, 2026.
