PENGUMUMAN
Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek
PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS)

Berdasarkan pada Surat Keputusan Direksi Bursa Nomor Kep-00035/BEI/06-2025 perihal Peraturan
Bursa Nomor I-X tentang Penempatan Pencatatan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Pada Papan Pemantauan
Khusus (Peraturan I-X):
1. Ketentuan V.1 Peraturan I-X mengatur bahwa Bursa melakukan Suspensi Efek kepada
Perusahaan Tercatat yang memenuhi kriteria sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan III.1.2.,
III.1.3., III.1.4., III.1.5., III.1.6., III.1.8., dan/atau III.1.9. jika Perusahaan Tercatat tersebut telah
berada dalam Papan Pemantauan Khusus selama lebih dari 1 (satu) tahun berturut-turut.
2. Suspensi Efek dilakukan dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
a. Untuk kriteria sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan III.1.2., III.1.3., III.1.4., III.1.5.,
III.1.8., dan III.1.9, Suspensi Efek dilakukan di Seluruh Pasar.
b. Untuk kriteria sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan III.1.1., III.1.6., dan III.1.7.,
Suspensi Efek dapat dilakukan di Pasar Reguler dan Pasar Tunai.
c. Untuk kriteria sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan III.1.11., Suspensi Efek dilakukan
di pasar sebagaimana ditentukan lebih lanjut oleh Bursa dan/atau Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
3. Terdapat 1 Perusahaan Tercatat yang memenuhi kriteria sebagaimana dimaksud dalam
ketentuan III.1.5. yang telah berada dalam Papan Pemantauan Khusus selama lebih dari 1 (satu)
tahun berturut-turut dengan rincian sebagai berikut:

Call Auction hari Kamis, tanggal 17 September 2026.
Selanjutnya, Bursa meminta kepada pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan
Keterbukaan Informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat.

Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading
PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS)

In accordance with the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Exchange Number Kep-00035/BEI/06-
2025 regarding Exchange Regulation Number I-X concerning the Placement of Equity Securities
Listings on the Watchlist Board (Regulation I-X):
1. Provision V.1 of Regulation I-X stipulates that the Exchange shall suspend the securities of a Listed
Company meeting the criteria referred to in provisions III.1.2, III.1.3, III.1.4, III.1.5, III.1.6, III.1.8,
and/or III.1.9 if said Listed Company has remained on the Watchlist Board for more than one (1)
consecutive year.
2. Suspension of Securities shall be implemented in accordance with the following provisions:
a. For the criteria referred to in provisions III.1.2., III.1.3., III.1.4., III.1.5., III.1.8., and III.1.9.,
the suspension of Securities shall be implemented across all markets.
b. For the criteria referred to in provisions III.1.1., III.1.6., and III.1.7., the suspension of
Securities may be implemented in the Regular Market and the Cash Market.
c. For the criteria referred to in provision III.1.11., the suspension of Securities shall be
implemented in the market(s) as further determined by the Exchange and/or the Financial
Services Authority.
3. There is 1 Listed Company meeting the criteria referred to in provision III.1.5. that has been on
the Watchlist Board for more than one (1) consecutive year, with details as follows:

To maintain orderly, fair, and efficient securities trading, the Exchange has decided to suspend the
trading of INPS securities across all markets, effective from Session IV of the Periodic Call Auction
on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Furthermore, the Exchange advises interested parties to closely monitor information disclosures
submitted by the Listed Company.
