umum, Perseroan telah melakukan koreksi
penyampaian laporan melalui Surat
Corporate Secretary Nomor  040/WIDI-
CORSEC/VII/2026 tertanggal 15 Juli 2026
perihal Koreksi atas Penyampaian Laporan
Realisasi Penggunaan — Dana Hasil
Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham, guna
memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan Nomor 40 Tahun 2025 tentang
Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum
(“POJK 40/2025”) dan Peraturan PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi.

Berdasarkan Surat Corporate Secretary
Nomor 040/WIDI-CORSECI/NVII/2026 tersebut
di atas, bahwa pada awalnya telah
disampaikan Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan
Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum untuk periode
yang berakhir pada 30 Juni 2026
menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia. Namun
demikian, merujuk pada Pasal 25 ayat (2)
POJK 40/2025 agar dapat disampaikan dalam
bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris.

the Report on the Realization of
the Use of Proceeds from the
Initial Public Offering of PT
Widiant Jaya Krenindo Tbk (the

“Company”)
Dear Sir/Madam,

In connection with the obligation to submit a
report on the use of proceeds from the public
Offering, the Company previously submitted
a correction to the report through Corporate
Secretary Letter No. 040/WIDI-
CORSECNII/2026 dated July 15, 2026,
regarding the Correction to the Submission
of the Report on the Realization of the Use
of Proceeds from the Initial Public Offering,
in order to comply with the provisions of
Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
40 of 2025 concerning the Use of Proceeds
from Public Offerings (“POJK 40/2025”) and
Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I-
E concerning  Obligations to Submit
Information.

Based on the Corporate Secretary Letter No.
040/WIDI-CORSECIVII/2026, the Company
initially submitted the Report on the
Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the
Public Offering for the period ended June 30,
2026, in Indonesian. However, pursuant to
Article 25 paragraph (2) of POJK No.
40/2025, the report is reguired to be
Submitted in both Indonesian and English.
