                                              The completion of the Company's capital participation in PT

                                              shares, resulting in the Company holding a 60.00% stake in
                                              SGI and SGI becoming a subsidiary of the Company.
 Description of Material Information or       Based on the Deed of Statement of Shareholders' Resolutions
 Facts                                        of PT Sarana Global Indonesia Number 2 dated September
                                              15, 2026, executed before Mutiara Hafidzah, S.H., M.Kn., a
                                              Notary in Kuningan Regency, SGI's shareholders approved an
                                              increase in authorized capital from Rp12,000,000,000 to
                                              Rp50,000,000,000 and an increase in issued and paid-up
                                              capital from Rp12,000,000,000 to Rp30,000,000,000. In
                                              connection with said capital increase, SGI issued 180,000 new
                                              shares with a nominal value of Rp100,000 per share. All such
                                              new shares were subscribed to and paid up by the Company.
                                              The aggregate nominal value of the new shares is
                                              Rp18,000,000,000, with a transaction value of
                                              Rp280,403,820,000. The difference between the transaction
                                              value and the nominal value of the shares is recorded as share
