                                     Petrosea Maintains
                    idA+ (Stable Outlook) Rating from PEFINDO

     Jakarta, 14 September 2026 – PT Petrosea Tbk (IDX: PTRO) has maintained its idA+/Stable
     corporate rating (Single A Plus; Stable Outlook) from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia
     (PEFINDO) based on the rating assessment dated 7 September 2026. Petrosea also
     maintained an idA+ rating (Single A Plus) for its Shelf Registered Bonds I Phase I Year 2024
     and Phase II Year 2025, as well as an idA+(sy) rating (Single A Plus Syariah) for its Shelf
     Registered Sukuk Ijarah I Phase I Year 2024 and Phase II Year 2025. These ratings were
     assigned based on the Company’s data and information, including the Unaudited Financial
     Statements as of 31 March 2026 and Audited Financial Statements as of 31 December 2025.

     “PEFINDO has affirmed its idA+/Stable rating for Petrosea, as well as the idA+ rating for its
     Shelf Registered Bonds I and idA+(sy) rating for its Shelf Registered Sukuk Ijarah I. This rating
     reflects Petrosea’s strong business position, integrated service and strong financial profile,”
     – PEFINDO, 9 September 2026.

     Based on the rating from PEFINDO, obligors with idA ratings have a stronger ability compared
     to other Indonesian obligors in fulfilling their long-term financial commitments. However, the
     obligors are somewhat more susceptible to the adverse effects of changes in circumstances
     and economic conditions than higher rated obligors. Meanwhile, the plus sign (+) indicates
     that the assigned rating is relatively strong and above the average for the related category.

     decades, delivers integrated services across the entire value chain from upstream to
     downstream ranging from EPC and mining services to offshore EPCI and logistics for the
