Services Authority Regulation ("POJK") Number
35/POJK.0412014 concerning Corporate Secretaries
of Issuers or Public Companies and POJK Number 45
Year 2024 concerning Development & Strengthening
of Issuer and Public Company, the Company hereby
announced the resignation of Ms. Susilowati as the
Corporate Secretary of the Company effective 15
September 2026.
