PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk (“BMRI”) pada tanggal 07
September 2026 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur BMRIDRCX6A sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur BMRIDRCX6A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
BMRIDRCX6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk (“BMRI”) dated 07 September
2026, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant BMRIDRCX6A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant BMRIDRCX6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
