Jawaban: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. . Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban: Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam kurun waktu dekat (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang) yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. Does the Company have knowledge of any activities of certain shareholders as stipulated under Financial Services Authority Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Activities of Pledging Shares of Public Companies? Answer: The Company is not aware of any activities of certain shareholders as referred to in Financial Services Authority Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2024 concerning Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and Reports on Activities of Pledging Shares of Public Companies. . Is the Company planning to take any corporate actions in the near future, including corporate actions that would affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (fat least within the next 3 months)? Answer: The Company currently does not have any plans to take any corporate actions in the near future (at least within the next 3 months) that would affect the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange. Jawaban: Tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya dalam Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik saat ini. 6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini, Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawaban: Perseroan melalui Corporate Secretary telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama mengenai kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini pemegang saham utama menyatakan tidak memiliki rencana apapun terhadap kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Demikian penjelasan dari Perseroan kami sampaikan dan Perseroan akan terus berkomitmen untuk selalu mengikuti ketentuan dalam Peraturan Perundang- undangan terkait. Answer: The Company through Corporate Secretary has confirmed with the main shareholder regarding their ownership of shares in the Company. In this case, the major shareholder stated that they have no plans concerning their ownership of shares in the Company.
