Kami mengacu pada pengumuman PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK (BMRI) pada tanggal 7 September
2026 dan pengumuman kami tertanggal 8 September 2026 sehubungan dengan Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang tercantum dalam Bagian 3.8 Prospektus tertanggal 11 April
2025 dan Term Sheet BMRIZPCX6A dan BMRIZPCH7A, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa tidak ada
penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk BMRIZPCX6A dan BMRIZPCH7A, sehubungan dengan Dividen
Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya akan
berlaku.

BMRIZPCX6A AND BMRIZPCH7A
We refer to the announcement of PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK (BMRI) dated 7 September 2026 and
our announcement dated 8 September 2026 in relation to the Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions stated in Section 3.8 of the Prospectus dated 11 April 2025
and the Term Sheet of BMRIZPCX6A and BMRIZPCH7A, we hereby inform you that no adjustment will be
made to BMRIZPCX6A and BMRIZPCH7A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Prospectus and the terms and conditions therein
shall prevail.
