Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pembayaran pokok
Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan I Bank BRI
Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri C sebesar Rp500.000.000.000,00
(lima ratus miliar rupiah) dan kupon sebesar
Rp7.875.000.000,00 (tujuh miliar delapan ratus tujuh puluh
lima juta rupiah). Saat ini, penempatan dana tersebut berada
pada High Quality Liquid Asset BRI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelunasan Obligasi Berwawasan Lingkungan Berkelanjutan I
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Bank BRI Tahap II Tahun 2023 Seri C tidak memiliki dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, material negatif yang dapat mengganggu likuiditas maupun
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Phase II 2023 Series C in the amount of IDR
500,000,000,000.00 (five hundred billion rupiah) and the
corresponding coupon payment of IDR 7,875,000,000.00
(seven billion eight hundred seventy-five million rupiah). These
funds are currently held as part of Bank BRI's High Quality
Liquid Assets portfolio.
