ANNOUNCEMENT
Submission Status of Interim Financial Statements
as of 30 June 2026

In relation to the obligation of Listed Companies with listed Bonds, Sukuk, Asset-Backed Securities in
the Form of Participation Certificates (EBA-SP), and Sharia Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of
Participation Certificates (EBAS-SP) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") to submit their
Interim Financial Statements as of 30 June 2026, and pursuant to:
1. Exchange Regulation No. I-E regarding Reporting Obligation, specifically related to the deadline
for the submission of Interim Financial Statements for Listed Companies with listed Bonds and/or
Sukuk.
2. Exchange Regulation No. I-R regarding Listing of of Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of
Participation Certificates (EBA-SP) for Secondary Housing Finance, specifically related to the
deadline for the submission of Interim Financial Statements.
3. Exchange Regulation No. I-S regarding Listing of Sharia Asset-Backed Securities in the Form of
Participation Certificates (EBAS-SP), specifically related to the deadline for the submission of
Interim Financial Statements.
4. Exchange Regulation No. I.A.6 regarding Sanction, specifically related to the sanction for the late
submission of its financial statements.
5. Exchange Circular Letter No. SE-00006/BEI/10-2019 dated 28 October 2019 regarding Procedures
for the Electronic Submission of Reports by Listed Companies.
Accordingly, the due date for the submission of Unaudited Interim Financial Statements as of 30 June
2026 as follows:
1. Unaudited Interim Financial Statements as of June 30, 2026, following the First Written Warning,
were due on 3 September 2026.
2. Limited Review Interim Financial Statements by Public Accountant as of June 30 2026, were due
on 31 August 2026.
