Kriteria
1. Harga rata-rata saham di Pasar Reguler dan/atau Pasar Reguler Periodic Call Auction kurang dari Rp51,00;
dan Dalam kondisi likuiditas rendah dengan rata-rata harian nilai kurang dari Rp5.000.000 (lima juta rupiah) dan
volume kurang dari 10.000 (sepuluh ribu) selama 3 bulan terakhir.
2. Laporan Keuangan Auditan terakhir mendapatkan opini tidak menyatakan pendapat (disclaimer)
3. Tidak membukukan pendapatan atau tidak terdapat perubahan pendapatan pada laporan keuangan terakhir
dibandingkan dengan laporan keuangan sebelumnya
4. Untuk Perusahaan Tercatat atau induk perusahaan yang memiliki Perusahaan Terkendali yang bergerak
dalam bidang usaha pertambangan mineral dan batubara yang telah melaksanakan tahapan operasi produksi
namun belum sampai tahapan penjualan atau yang belum memulai tahapan operasi produksi pada akhir tahun
buku ke-4 (keempat) sejak tercatat di Bursa, belum memperoleh pendapatan dari kegiatan usaha utama (core
business)
5. Memiliki ekuitas negatif pada laporan keuangan terakhir
6. Tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk dapat tetap tercatat di Bursa sebagaimana diatur Peraturan Nomor I-A dan
I-V (terkait Saham Free float), kecuali ketentuan jumlah saham free float paling sedikit 50.000.000 (lima puluh
juta) untuk Papan Utama dan Papan Pengembangan, dan diatas 5% (lima persen) dari jumlah saham tercatat
untuk Papan Utama, Papan Pengembangan dan Papan Akselerasi.
7. Memiliki likuiditas rendah dengan kriteria nilai transaksi rata-rata harian saham kurang dari Rp5.000.000,00
(lima juta rupiah) dan volume transaksi rata-rata harian saham kurang dari 10.000 (sepuluh ribu) saham selama 3
(tiga) bulan terakhir di Pasar Reguler dan/atau Pasar Reguler Periodic Call Auction.
8. Perusahaan Tercatat dalam kondisi dimohonkan PKPU, pailit, atau pembatalan perdamaian.
9. Anak perusahaan yang kontribusi pendapatannya material terhadap Perusahaan Tercatat, dalam kondisi
dimohonkan PKPU, pailit, atau pembatalan perdamaian.
10. Dikenakan penghentian sementara perdagangan Efek selama lebih dari 1 (satu) Hari Bursa yang disebabkan
oleh aktivitas perdagangan

11. Kondisi lain yang ditetapkan oleh Bursa setelah memperoleh persetujuan atau perintah dari OJK

Criteria
1. Average price of stocks in the Regular Market is less than Rp. 51.00 (fifty-one rupiah); and Has low liquidity with
the daily average transaction value of shares less than Rp5,000,000.00 (five million rupiahs) and the daily average
transaction volume of shares is less than 10,000 (ten thousand) shares for the last 3 (three) months.
2. The latest Audited Financial Statements get an opinion not to express an opinion (disclaimer)
3. Not recording income or there is no change in income on the report latest financial statements compared to
previous financial statements
4. For Listed Companies or parent company that have Controlled Companies which are engaged in mineral mining
business and coal which has carried out the production operation stage but has not arrived sales stage or those
who have not started the production operation stage at the end of the year book 4 (fourth) since being listed on the
Exchange, has not received any income from activities main business (core business)
5. Has negative equity in the last financial report
6. Does not meet the requirements to be able to remain listed on the Exchange as stipulated in Regulations
Number I-A and I-V (related to Free float Shares), except for the provisions of the number of free float shares of at
least 50,000,000 (fifty million) for the Main Board and Development Board, and above 5% (five percent) of the
number of listed shares for the Main Board, Development Board and Acceleration Board.
7. Has low liquidity with the criteria that the daily average transaction value of shares is less than IDR
5,000,000.00 (five million rupiahs) and the daily average transaction volume of shares is less than 10,000 (ten
thousand) shares during the last 3 (three) months in the Regular Market.
8. If the condition is requested for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) or filed for bankruptcy
9. Having Controlled Company which income contribution is material for the Listed Company and the Controlled
Company is in condition of requested for Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) or filed for
bankruptcy.
10. Subject to temporary suspension of Securities trading for more than 1 (one) Exchange Day which is caused by
trading activities
11. Other conditions stipulated by the Exchange after obtaining approval or order from Financial Services
