                                              before Maureen Felicia Widyasari, S.H., M.Kn., Notary,
                                              concerning the establishment of the Company Subsidiary, as
                                              follows

                                              1. Name of Subsidiary: PT Auto Prime Indonesia
                                              2. Domicile: Serang Regency
                                              3. Business Activities:

                                                  95312 - Car Washing and Car Detailing
