melakukan tambahan setoran modal/ investasi pada PT
Dana Saham Bersama , berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat
sebesar Rp. 5.000.000.000,- ( lima miliar Rupiah ).
II. Jumlah penyertaan modal tersebut tidak melebihi
20 % dari ekuitas Perusahaan, sehingga penyertaan modal
tersebut tidak bersifat material.
III Transaksi tersebut dilaksanakan pada hari Senin,
tanggal 21 September 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Bahwa tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan penting terhadap Perseroan baik berupa dampak terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional, dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau proyeksi keuangan, dampak hukum maupun dampak terhadap
Perusahaan Publik kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
