Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan III.2.2 dan IV.2.2
Peraturan No. 1-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa pemanggilan Bapak
Handojo S. Muljadi yang merupakan Presiden Komisaris
Perseroan adalah untuk memberikan keterangan sebagai
saksi atas perkara yang sedang berlangsung di KPK yang
melibatkan eks Wakil Menteri Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan
Silmy Karim dkk.
Bapak Handojo telah memberikan keterangan sehubungan
dengan proses pengurusan Kartu Ijin Tinggal Terbatas
(KITAS) dari seorang Warga Negara Asing (WNA) yang
berprofesi sebagai pilot dari pesawat terbang yang dimiliki oleh
perusahaan yang terafiliasi dengan Perseroan dan
perusahaan tersebut tidak terkonsolidasi dengan Perseroan.
Pemenuhan panggilan KPK tersebut merupakan bentuk sikap
kooperatif Bapak Handojo dan penghormatan terhadap proses
hukum yang sedang berjalan. Adapun perkara yang sedang
ditangani KPK tersebut tidak berkaitan dengan Perseroan
maupun kegiatan usaha Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Karena perkara tersebut tidak ada kaitannya dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, maka tidak ada dampak material terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi Keuangan atau
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or In compliance with the provisions of Sections III.2.2 and IV.2.2
Facts of Regulation No. 1-E regarding Information Disclosure
Obligations, the Company hereby announces that the
summons issued to Mr. Handojo S. Muljadi -the Company's
President Commissioner - was for the purpose of providing
testimony as a witness in a case currently being handled by
the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) involving the
former Deputy Minister of Immigration and Correctional Affairs,
Silmy Karim, and others.
Mr. Handojo has provided information regarding the
processing of a Limited Stay Permit Card (KITAS) for a foreign
national employed as a pilot for an aircraft owned by a
company affiliated with the Company - a company that is not
consolidated with the Company.
Mr. Handojo s compliance with the KPK summons
demonstrates his cooperative attitude and respect for the
ongoing legal process. The matter currently being handled by
the KPK is unrelated to the Company or its business activities.
