Desember 2014, Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Issuers or Public Companies dated 8 December 2014,
Penyampaian Informasi, Lampiran Keputusan Direksi Regulation No. I-E concerning the Obligation to
PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No.: Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 Submit Information, as stipulated in the Attachment
tanggal 12 Desember 2025, dan Anggaran Dasar PT to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa
Sepatu Bata Tbk (“Perseroan”), dengan ini Perseroan Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated 12
menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi atas December 2025, and the Articles of Association of PT
pengunduran diri Direksi Perseroan. Sepatu Bata Tbk (the “Company”), the Company
hereby submits this disclosure of information
regarding the resignation of members of the
Company’s Board of Directors.
Sehubungan dengan adanya rotasi jabatan di Bata In connection with the rotation of positions within
Group, Perseroan telah menerima surat the Bata Group, the Company received a resignation
pengunduran diri Bapak Amitav Nandy selaku letter from Mr. Amitav Nandy from his position as
Presiden Direktur Perseroan tanggal 23 September President Director of the Company on 23 September
2026. Sesuai dengan Pasal 19.9 Anggaran Dasar 2026. In accordance with Article 19.9 of the
Perseroan dan Pasal 8 ayat (3) POJK No. 33/2014, Company’s Articles of Association and Article 8
permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut akan paragraph (3) of OJK Regulation No. 33/2014, the
diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham resignation request will be resolved at the Company’s
Perseroan. General Meeting of Shareholders.
