Berdasarkan pada:
1. Surat PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) nomor: KSEI-6955/DIR/0926 tanggal 23
September 2026 perihal Penundaan Pembayaran Pelunasan Pokok Obligasi III Waskita Karya
Tahun 2021 Seri A (WSKT03A),
2. Ketentuan III.1.5. Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-L tentang Suspensi Efek,
Perseroan telah menunda pembayaran Pokok dari Obligasi III Waskita Karya Tahun 2021 Seri A
(WSKT03A) yang seharusnya efektif dibayarkan pada tanggal 24 September 2026.
Atas penundaan pembayaran tersebut, menunjukan adanya permasalahan pada kelangsungan usaha
(going concern) Perseroan.
Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut serta dalam rangka menjaga perdagangan efek yang teratur, wajar dan
efisien, maka Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa) memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penghentian sementara
Perdagangan Efek PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) di Seluruh Pasar sejak Sesi I Periodic Call
Auction pada Kamis, 24 September 2026 hingga pengumuman Bursa lebih lanjut.
Bursa meminta kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan
informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

In accordance with:
1. Letter of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-6955/DIR/0926 dated September
23, 2026, regarding the Postponement of the Payment of the Principal of Bond III Waskita Karya
Year 2021 Series A (WSKT03A),
2. Provision III.1.5 of Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-L concerning Suspension of
Securities,
The Company has postponed the payment Bond Principal of Bond III Waskita Karya Year 2021 Series
A (WSKT03A) originally scheduled for payment on September 24, 2026.
The postponement of the payments indicates issues relating to the Company's going concern.
Taking the above into consideration and in order to maintain an orderly, fair, and efficient securities
market, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the Exchange) has decided to continue the suspension of trading
in the securities of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) in all market effective from Session I of
the Periodic Call Auction on Thursday, September 24, 2026, until further notice from the Exchange.
The Exchange advises to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the
Company.
This announcement is issued for public information.
