Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa PT Sinar Mas Agro
Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART atau Perseroan)
telah menyediakan dana pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III SMART Tahap II Tahun 2021 Seri C yang
akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 19 Oktober 2026 (Obligasi
Jatuh Tempo) sebesar Rp 958.000.000.000 (sembilan ratus
lima puluh delapan miliar Rupiah). Ketersediaan dana atas
pembayaran pokok ini didukung oleh posisi likuiditas yang baik
sebagaimana tercermin dalam Laporan Keuangan
Konsolidasian Perseroan per 30 Juni 2026.
Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas
Obligasi Jatuh Tempo tersebut akan disetorkan ke rekening
PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia secara tepat waktu
sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Registered Bond III Phase II Year 2021 C Series
Description of Material Information or With reference to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Facts Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 on the
Amendment to the Regulation Number I-E regarding
Obligation to Submit Information, hereby we would like to
inform that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk
(SMART or the Company) has provided the fund for the
principal settlement of SMART Shelf-Registered Bond III
Phase II Year 2021 C Series which will mature on 19 October
2026 (Matured Bond) amounting to Rp 958,000,000,000 (nine
hundred fifty eight billion Rupiah). The fund availability for the
principal settlement is supported by healthy liquidity position as
reflected on the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements
as of 30 June 2026.
The fund for the principal settlement of the Matured Bond
including its interest payment will be deposited into the
account of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia on time
pursuant to the specified schedule.
