stipulated in the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00087/BEI/12-2025 dated
December 12, 2025, we would like to inform you that the Company will prepare funds for the repayment of Trimegah
Sekuritas Indonesia Shelf Registered Bond II Phase II Year 2025 Series A in the amount of Rp100,000,000,000,- (one
hundred billion Rupiah) which will mature on October 18, 2026.
