Berdasarkan pada:
1. Surat PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) nomor KSEI-6984/DIR/0926 tanggal
24 September 2026 perihal Penundaan Pembayaran Bunga Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I Tahun
2022 Ke-8 (WSBP01),
2. Surat KSEI nomor KSEI-6985/DIR/0926 tanggal 24 September 2026 perihal Penundaan
Pembayaran Bunga Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast II Tahun 2022 Ke-8 (WSBP02),
3. Ketentuan III.1.5. Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-L tentang Suspensi Efek,
Perseroan telah menunda pembayaran Bunga Ke-8 dari Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast I Tahun 2022
(WSBP01) dan Obligasi Waskita Beton Precast II Tahun 2022 (WSBP02) yang seharusnya efektif
dibayarkan pada tanggal 25 September 2026.
Atas penundaan pembayaran tersebut, menunjukan adanya keraguan atas kelangsungan usaha (going
concern) Perseroan.
Mempertimbangkan hal tersebut serta dalam rangka menjaga perdagangan efek yang teratur, wajar dan
efisien, maka Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa) memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penghentian sementara
Perdagangan Efek PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) di Seluruh Pasar sejak Sesi I Periodic Call
Auction pada Senin, 28 September 2026 hingga pengumuman Bursa lebih lanjut.
Bursa meminta kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan
informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.

In accordance with:
1. Letter of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-6984/DIR/0926 dated September
24, 2026, regarding the Postponement of the 8th Interest Payment of Bond Waskita Beton Precast I
Year 2022 (WSBP01),
2. Letter of KSEI No. KSEI-6985/DIR/0926 dated September 24, 2026, regarding the Postponement
of the 8th Interest Payment of Bond Waskita Beton Precast II Year 2022 (WSBP02),
3. Provision III.1.5 of Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation Number I-L concerning Suspension of
Securities,
The Company has postponed the 8th Interest payment of Bond Waskita Beton Precast I Year 2022
(WSBP01) and Bond Waskita Beton Precast II Year 2022 (WSBP02) which originally scheduled for
payment on September 25, 2026.
The postponement of the payments indicates issues relating to the Company's going concern.
Taking the above into consideration and in order to maintain an orderly, fair, and efficient securities
market, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (the Exchange) has decided to continue the suspension of trading
in the securities of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) in all market effective from Session I of the
Periodic Call Auction on Monday, September 28, 2026, until further notice from the Exchange.
The Exchange advises to all interested parties to always pay attention to all information disclosed by the
Company.
This announcement is issued for public information.
