Namun demikian, merujuk pada Pasal 25 ayat (2) Subject Fulfillment of Reporting Reguirements for the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering of PT Federal International Finance Dear Sir/Madam, In connection with the obligation to submit a report on the use of proceeds from the public offering, the Company previously submitted to the report through Letter No. L.FIF/Corp-Sec/890/VII/2026 dated July 09, 2026, regarding the Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds and Disclosure of Information on Expenses Incurred in Connection with the Public Offering for the periode ended June 30, 2026 in Bahasa Indonesia, in order to comply with the provisions of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 40 of 2025 concerning the Use of Proceeds from Public Offerings (“POJK 40/2025”) and Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I- E concerning Obligations to Submit Information.
