manufaktur panel listrik ke sektor energi dan digital
infrastruktur. Tidak terdapat gangguan operasional.
b. Kejadian, Informasi tersebut diatas tidak berdampak secara
negative terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
keuangan, atau keberlangsungan usaha Perseroan.

c. Purpose of the acquisition: This contract represents the
implementation of the Company's long-term strategy to
enhance value creation

2. The signing of this contract will expand the Companys
portfolio in the data center infrastructure sector, aligning with
its business diversification strategy shifting from electrical
panel manufacturing to the energy and digital infrastructure
sectors. There is no operational disruption.
b. The aforementioned event and information do not have a
negative impact on the Companys operational activities, legal
standing, financial condition, or business continuity.
