Sudirman Kav 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Perihal : Penyampaian Revisi Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan I TBS Energi Utama Tahap III Tahun 2026 Subject: Submission of the Revised Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from Public Offering of Shelf Registered I TBS Energi Utama Bonds III Year 2026 Dengan hormat, Dear Sir/Madam, Dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 40/POJK.04/2025 tentang Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum (“POJK 40/2025"), dengan ini kami sampaikan Revisi Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan I TBS Energi Utama Tahap III Tahun 2026 sebagai berikut: In compliance with Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/ OJK) Regulation Number 40/POJK.04/2025 the Use of Proceeds from Public Offerings (“POJK 40/2025”), the Company hereby submits the Revised Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering of Shelf Registered Bond I TBS Energi Utama Phase III 2026, as follows: 1. Perseroan telah memperoleh dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan I TBS Energi Utama Tahap III Tahun 2026 sejumlah Rp175.000.000.000,- (seratus tujuh puluh lima miliar Rupiah). Setelah dikurangi biaya penawaran umum sebesar Rp2.400.000.000,- (dua miliar empat ratus juta Rupiah), maka hasil bersih yang didapat Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp172.600.000.000,- (seratus tujuh puluh dua miliar enam ratus juta Rupiah). The Company has received proceeds from the Public Offering of Shelf Registered Bond I TBS Energi Utama Phase III Year 2026 amounting to IDR175,000,000,000 (one hundred seventy-five billion Rupiah). After deducting public offering expenses of IDR2,400,000,000 (two billion four hundred million Rupiah), the net proceeds received by the Company amount to IDR172,600,000,000 (one hundred seventy-two billion six hundred million Rupiah). Sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Prospektus, dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan I TBS Energi Utama Tahap III Tahun 2026 seluruhnya akan digunakan untuk modal kerja Perseroan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada beban operasional rutin seperti beban gaji, beban sewa kantor, perawatan dan perbaikan kantor, serta keperluan umum korporasi (general corporate purposes) seiring dengan kebutuhan usaha Perseroan. As disclosed in the Prospectus, the proceeds obtained from the Public Offering of Shelf Registered Bond I TBS Energi Utama Phase III Year 2026 will be used in their entirety for the Company's working capital, including but not limited to routine operating expenses such as salaries, office rental expenses, office maintenance and repair expenses, as well as general corporate purposes, in line with the Company's operational needs. 3. Per tanggal 30 Juni 2026, Perseroan telah menggunakan sebagian dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan | TBS Energi Utama Tahap III Tahun 2026 sebesar Rp20.574.785.314,- (dua puluh miliar lima ratus tujuh puluh empat juta tujuh ratus delapan puluh lima ribu tiga ratus empat belas Rupiah), dengan penjelasan sebagai berikut: a. Bahwa dana sebesar Rp20.574.785.314,- (dua puluh miliar lima ratus tujuh puluh empat juta tujuh ratus delapan puluh lima ribu tiga ratus empat belas Rupiah) telah digunakan sebagai modal kerja Perseroan, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada beban operasional rutin seperti beban gaji, beban sewa kantor, perawatan dan perbaikan kantor, serta keperluan umum korporasi (general corporate purposes). b. Bahwa perubahan rekening khusus penampungan dana hasil Penawaran Umum Obligasi Berkelanjutan I TBS Energi Utama Tahap III Tahun 2026 telah dilakukan pada 22 Juni 2026, dari rekening nomor 6003640653 pada PT Bank Hibank Indonesia menjadi rekening nomor 0000101300017626 pada PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. As of 30 June 2026, the Company has utilized part of the proceeds from the Public Offering of Shelf Registered Bond I TBS Energi Utama Phase III Year 2026 amounting to IDR20,574,785,314 (twenty billion five hundred seventy-four million seven hundred eighty-five thousand three hundred fourteen Rupiah), with the following explanation: a. That an amount of IDR20,574,785,314 (twenty billion five hundred seventy-four million seven hundred eighty-five thousand three hundred fourteen Rupiah) has been used for the Company's working capital, including but not limited to routine operating expenses such as salaries, office rental expenses, office maintenance and repair expenses, as well as general corporate purposes. b. That the designated account for the proceeds from the Public Offering of Shelf Registered Bond I TBS Energi Utama Phase III Year 2026 has been changed on 22 June 2026, from account number 6003640653 held with PT Bank Hibank Indonesia to account number 0000101300017626 held with PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
