Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan dan PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk telah
menandatangani perjanjian restrukturisasi fasilitas kredit
Perseroan. Berdasarkan restrukturisasi tersebut, jatuh tempo
fasilitas kredit yang semula pada Desember 2026
diperpanjang menjadi Desember 2031, disertai penyesuaian
jumlah pembayaran pokok dan bunga setiap bulan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan restrukturisasi utang ini, cash flow Perseroan akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan lebih membaik sehingga kegiatan operasional Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dapat berjalan lancar dan diharapkan akan menjaga kestabilan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pendapatan usaha Perseroan. Dengan demikian
Perusahaan Publik kelangsungan usaha Perseroan akan berkelanjutan.
