Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Paramitra Teknologi Pintar (PTP) merupakan anak
perusahaan dari PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (Perseroan)
dengan kepemilikan saham Perseroan sebesar 99,99%. PT
Jelajah Data Semesta (JDS) merupakan anak perusahaan dari
PTP dengan kepemilikan saham PTP sebesar 99,998%. JDS
dan PTP telah mengadakan perjanjian pinjaman sebesar
Rp3.000.000.000 yang akan digunakan untuk operasional
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pinjaman tersebut akan memperkuat kinerja operasional JDS,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak positif untuk kelangsungan usaha JDS.

Description of Material Information or PT Paramitra Teknologi Pintar is a subsidiary of PT Bali
Facts Towerindo Sentra Tbk (Company) in which the Company holds
a 99.99% ownership interest. PT Jelajah Data Semesta is a
subsidiary of PTP, in which PTP holds a 99.998% ownership
interest, and therefore JDS is an indirect subsidiary of the
Company.
PTP and JDS have entered into a loan agreement in the
amount of IDR3,000,000,000 (three billion Rupiah), which will
be used to support JDSs operational activities.
Impact of event, material information or The loan will strengthen JDS operational performance and
facts towards Issuers or Public have a positive impact on the continuity of JDS business.
